Childhood Neglect

Description: Childhood neglect is the most common and pervasive maltreatment type. The majority of child fatalities related to maltreatment are a result of neglect. This lecture will discuss the different types of neglect, risk/protective factors for neglect, and the consequences a child may experience as a result of their childhood neglect.
